Strange Sounds

I have been wondering how come Joey has been making weird sounds nowadays. She enjoys screaming, that's one. And she likes to squeeze her whole face till it turns red & make a sound that goes 'errrhhhhhhhhhhhh'. She uses SO MUCH energy in making that sound & clenching her fists tightly together and criss-crossing her legs that it's really funny. She does it to tell us she is getting impatient. Which is every 5 minutes.

After reading the online parenting website, I realised that this is a very common action for babies of her age. They have just discovered that they can make sounds & so they're trying all different ways of making sounds. They are also slowly discovering how to show their emotions so the clenching of fists and squeezing together of her face are all part & parcel of this growing-up process. So amazing.
