Screams like Nobody's Business

My daughter has got quite a nasty temper. Even at close to 5 months, she already exhibits the kind of attitude that says 'Don't mess with me.' I wish she can understand what I am talking about now so that I can educate her. But it seems she still cannot differentiate when I am praising her and when I am scolding her. So, I just got to bear with her attitude problem just a little bit more.

Now that she has discovered the beauty of high-pitch screaming, she uses it to her best ability all the time. Not just when she wants attention or something to be done for her, but as and when she feels like making some noise.

And it's obvious she's just screaming for the sake of screaming because she would scream and screech, then observe your facial expression, then smile. As if to tell you, 'See.. I am powerful enough to make you run towards me.' *faintz*

It's kinda funny to see how she demonstrates her screaming power though. Cos she will squeeze her two feet together and muster up all her energy and contour her face until it's all red and full. Then the 5-second-long scream. Hmm.. Does every kid go through this phase?? Apparently, she thinks it's very fun. Sigh.
