"Oriental Delight"

Ingredients
1/2 cup of rice
1 chicken thigh
A small portion of silk tofu
A small portion of spinach

Cooking Instructions
1. Boil rice in warm water
2. When rice is half-cooked, add in skin-off chicken thigh
3. Chop spinach very finely & add in
4. Cut tofu into small pieces & add in when rice is almost cooked
5. Low fire till porridge thickens
