Blur Face?!

Many people have commented before that Joey has a blur look all the time. I sure pray that it's only her looks and not her personality. A blur sotong is not good at all! I think it's the fact that her mouth is always slightly open.. giving people the durh look all the time. I am so concerned about it that I even went as far as asking my MIL the other day, why is it that joey can't close her mouth?? Is it because she has been sucking on the pacifier too much??! Or is it because she's just too lazy to close it?!
