Happy 6-Month Birthday, Baby!
Today is Joey's 6-month-old birthday!!!

When she was a mere one-month-old, I asked myself when she will open her eyes to look at me. When she was two months old, I wondered when she will laugh at my jokes. When she was three months old, I imagined the day that she will flip all by herself. When she was four months old, it really felt that it was neither here nor there, and I was waiting to feed her porridge. When she was five months old, I was excited to find that she could finally sit with some assistance.

Now she is 6 months old. :)
That's half a year old, mind you! hehe

I decided to document her 6-month-old birthday with lots of photos. Here we were in a cab to church..

She must be wondering how come mummy can't stop taking her photos.. :)

Of course, she soon lost interest and fell asleep...

With Auntie Careen in Artiste Room when service started..

Mummy is taking a DIY photo again..

After service I've got to do BS duty and Isaiah got to bring his new but faulty webcam to Sim Lim Square, so Joey stayed with me while I did my duty. See what she did to keep herself entertained. :) She decided to eat her cloth.

While waiting for my dad to come & fetch me, I was extremely hungry so I brought Joey to Macau Express to have a mini pig-out. Joey was a good girl, she waited in the highchair for me. :)

Then my dad came to pick us up.

Back at my parents' house, we found out about Joey's new interest..

READING! (not bad huh?)

But we soon realised she was just choosing the right page to EAT.

Of course, Joey still needs to drink her milk no matter how tasty those magazine pages were. my mum would jump at every opportunity to feed her grand daughter..

Then she went back to her fav pastime - watching TV..

Our beautiful Sunday ended with a fabulous dinner of chilli crabs, black pepper crabs, stir-fried veggies, hotplate toufu, seafood yam ring and hotplate beef! And you know what's the best part?? Joey slept through the dinner so that daddy & mummy could eat in peace.

To reward her for her good behaviour and to celebrate her half-year birthday, I bought her a new spaghetti top!

Girls Power!

(It's supposed to be in baby pink, but I dunno why the photo turned out to be white. )

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY DARLING!
